Ten Pin Gin

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of London Dry Gin
• 1 1/4 measure of Mandarine Napoleon
• 1 measure of Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 measure of lime juice
• 1 teaspoon of egg white
• 1 measure of sugar syrup

Instructions

Shake and strain, add squeeze of lime twist and discard.

Garnish: slices of orange and lime.

Alcohol Content: 3.0 units
