Today London Dry Gin is as popular as ever. Dryness or sweetness in a gin does not refer to sugar content -- no sugar is added - but to the proportion of sweet-tasting herbs and spices in relation to bitter-tasting roots and barks used in the infusion.

Ingredients

• 1 measure of gin
• 3/4 measure of Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 measure of apricot brandy
• 1 measure of mandarin juice
• 1 teaspoon of Grenadine

Instructions

Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained, add cherry on stick.

Alcohol Content: 1.6 units
