Strawberry Margarita

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of gold tequila
• 3/4 measure of strawberry liqueur
• 1/2 measures of triple sec
• 1 measure of strawberry puree
• 3/4 measure of lemon juice

Instructions

Rim frosted glass with lemon/caster sugar. Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice.

Garnish: half a strawberry.

Alcohol Content: 2.3 units

Replace the strawberry liqueur and puree in the following popular Frozen Fruit Margaritas:

• Mandarin Margarita: 2/3 measure of Mandarine Napoleon
  Garnish: orange slice
  Alcohol Content: 2.5 units
• Melon Margarita: 1 measure of melon liqueur
  Garnish: lemon wedge
  Alcohol Content: 2.4 units
