Ingredients
- 2 measures of bourbon
- 1/3 measure of brandy (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of Herbsaint d'Anis (substitute: Pernod)
- 1/1 measure of sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of Peychaud Bitters (substitute: Angostura)
Instructions
Add Herbsaint to frosted glass, swirl to coat the inside and discard any excess. Place a large ice cube in the glass and add the remaining ingredients with a lemon twist.
