RAC Cocktail

Created by Fred Faecks in 1914 at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of gin
• 3/4 measure of Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 measure of Rosso Vermouth
• 1 teaspoon of orange bitters (substitute dry orange Curacao)
• 1 teaspoon of Grenadine

Instructions

Stir and strain, add cherry on stick. Squeeze orange twist and discard.

Alcohol Content: 2.3 units
