Quilt Lifter

Ingredients

• 1 measure of white rum
• 1/2 measure of dry sherry
• 1/2 measure of Creme de Banane
• 1 measure of pineapple juice
• 1 measure of orange juice
• 1/2 measure of passion fruit juice

Instructions

Shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice.

Garnish: fruit in season.

Alcohol Content: 1.5 units

Glass Type: Double Cocktail Glass

Variations:

• Kilt Lifter: Substitute dry sherry for scotch.
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
