Pomegranate Polecat

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 measures of white rum
• 1/2 measure of Amaretto
• 1/2 measure of sweet sherry
• 1 1/2 measures of pomegranate juice
• 1 teaspoon of caster sugar

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice.
