Pino Frio
A Cuban speciality.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 measures of white rum
- 2 heaped tablespoons pineapple chunks or pieces
- 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
Instructions
Blend until smooth, add three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.
Alcohol Content: 1.5 units
Glass Type: Tumbler, Old-Fashioned or Rocks Glass
