Pino Frio

A Cuban speciality.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of white rum
• 2 heaped tablespoons pineapple chunks or pieces
• 1 teaspoon of caster sugar

Instructions

Blend until smooth, add three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.

Alcohol Content: 1.5 units
