Peacock's Tail

Ingredients

  • 1 measure of Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 measure of semi-frozen Grenadine
  • lemon sherbet/sorbet
  • 1 teaspoon of Strega

Instructions

Add to frosted glass and half fill with crushed ice. Damp down slightly with flat end of barspoon. Add 3/4 measure of semi-frozen Grenadine to form a layer. Fill up with lemon sherbet/sorbet and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Strega on top.

Garnish: mint leaf and cherry, add straw.
