Peach Margarita

Ingredients

• 1 measure of peach Schnapps
• 1 measure of gold tequila
• 1/2 measure of triple sec
• 1/3 of a ripe peach, peeled and mashed
• 3/4 measure of lemon juice

Instructions

Rim glass with lemon/caster sugar. Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice until smooth.

Garnish: slice of peach.
