Mint Gin

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of gin
• 3/4 measure of white Creme de Menthe
• 1 teaspoon of green Creme de Menthe
• 1/2 measure of egg white
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Instructions

Shake well and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice.

Garnish: mint sprig.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
