Maragato Special

Invented by Emilio 'Maragato' Gonzalez, Florida Hotel Bar, Cuba, around 1920. His famous recipe only became widely available after his death in 1935.

Ingredients

• 1 measure of white rum
• 3/4 measure of Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 measure of Rosso Vermouth
• 1/2 teaspoon of Maraschino
• juice of 1/3 orange
• juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish: slices of orange and lime.

Alcohol Content: 2.1 units
