Jockey Club

Created in the 1920s at the Jockey Club, in Havana, Cuba.

Ingredients

• 2 measures of gin
• 1/3 measure of Amaretto
• 1 teaspoon of triple sec
• 1 dash of Angostura
• 1/3 measure of lemon juice

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass filled with broken ice.

Alcohol Content: 2.4 units
