Gold Mine

Ingredients

• 1/2 measure of scotch
• 1/2 measure of Galliano
• 1/2 measure of sweet sherry
• 1 teaspoon of egg white
• 1 measure of lime juice
• 1 measure of lemonade

Instructions

Shake well and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, add the lemonade.

Garnish: orange slice and cherry.

Alcohol Content: 1.2 units
