Gin Fix

Ingredients

• 2 measures of gin
• 3/4 measure of lemon juice
• 1/3 measure of sugar syrup (substitute: pineapple or raspberry syrup)

Instructions

Combine in mixing glass without ice, then pour into serving glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish: fruit in season, add short straws and twist of lemon.

Simply replace the gin in the following popular Fixes:

• Bourbon Fix: 2 measures of bourbon
• Brandy Fix: 2 measures of brandy
• Scotch Fix: 2 measures of scotch
• Rum Fix: 1 measure of dark rum and 1 measure of white rum

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
