Gimlet

Ingredients

• 2 measures of gin
• 3/4 measure of Rose's Lime Cordial
• 1 measure of cold soda water (optional)

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass filled with broken ice, add the soda.

Garnish: wedge of lime.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units

Glass Type: Tumbler, Old-fashioned or Rocks Glass

• Rum Gimlet: 2 measures of white rum
• Tequila Gimlet: 2 measures of gold tequila
• Vodka Gimlet: 2 measures of vodka
