Frozen Daiquiri (Original)

Ingredients

• 2 measures of white rum
• juice of 1/2 a fresh lime
• 1 heaped teaspoon of caster sugar

Instructions

Squeeze juice directly into blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice and pour into frosted glass.

Garnish: slice of lime.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units

Glass Type: Double Cocktail Glass

• Pink Daiquiri: Add 1/4 measure Grenadine
  Alcohol Content: 2.1 units
• French Daiquiri: Add 1/4 measure of Creme de Cassis
  Alcohol Content: 2.1 units
