Frozen Aquavit

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 measures of Aquavit
• 1/4 measure of Kirsch
• 1/2 measure of lime juice
• 1 teaspoon of egg white
• 1/3 measure of sugar syrup

Instructions

Shake well and strain into glass heaped with crushed ice.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units

Glass Type: Champagne Saucer
