In 1835 Manuel Maria Gonzalez became established as a sherry producer. He was joined in 1855 by Englishman Robert Blake Byass, and the name Gonzalez Byass was born. Today the company is the world's largest producer of sherry

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of sweet sherry
• 1/2 measure of Cointreau
• 3/4 measure of soda water
• 1 teaspoon of Campari

Instructions

Add to glass filled with broken ice.

Alcohol Content: 1.4 units

Glass Type: Tumbler, Old-Fashioned or Rocks Glass

• Second Avenue: 1/2 measure of peach Schnapps
  Alcohol Content: 1.1 units
• Third Avenue: 1/2 measure of melon liqueur
  Alcohol Content: 1.1 units
