Fancy Brandy

Ingredients

• 2 measures of brandy
• 1 teaspoon of triple sec
• 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup
• 1 dash of Angostura

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, add twist of lemon.

Replace the brandy in the following Fancies:

• Fancy Bourbon: 2 measures of bourbon
• Fancy Gin: 2 measures of gin
• Fancy Scotch: 2 measures of scotch

Alcohol Content: 2.1 units

Glass Type: Tumbler, Old-Fashioned or Rocks Glass
