Ingredients
- 1/2 measure of dark rum
- 1/2 measure of white rum
- 1/2 measure of Irish Mist
- 1 1/2 measures of pineapple juice
- 1/2 a fresh lime
- 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
Instructions
Cut lime into eight segments and place in glass, add sugar and crush until the juice is released. Add remaining ingredients and ensure sugar has dissolved, fill up with broken ice.
Garnish: slice of lime and a cherry, add short straw.
