Eclipse
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 measures of sloe gin
- 1/2 measure of gin
- approximately 1/2 measure of Grenadine
- 1 red cherry
Instructions
Shake and strain the gins into glass containing the cherry. Gently add/sink sufficient Grenadine to just cover the cherry at the bottom of the glass-but do not mix it with the gins.
Garnish: half slice of orange.
Alcohol Content: 1.5 units
Glass Type: Liqueur or Sherry Glass
