Created in 1921 to celebrate Jack Dempsey's world championship boxing victory.

Ingredients

• 1 measure of gin
• 1 measure of apple brandy
• 1/2 teaspoon of Pernod
• 1/2 teaspoon of Grenadine

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice.
