Ingredients

• 1 measure of gin
• 1/2 measure of Southern Comfort
• 1/2 measure of blackcurrant cordial or syrup
• 1 measure of lime juice
• 1 teaspoon of egg white

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish: slice of star-fruit and sprig of mint.

Alcohol Content: 1.6 units
