Clover Club

First appeared around 1925 and takes its name from the famous American nightspot.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of gin
• 3/4 measure of lemon juice
• 1/2 measures of Grenadine
• 1 egg white

Instructions

Shake well and strain. If 4 5 mint leaves are included before shaking and a sprig of mint is used as a garnish, this is a Clover Leaf
