Cherry Blossom

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of cherry brandy
• 1 measure of brandy
• 1/4 measure of triple sec
• 1/4 measure of lemon juice
• 1/3 measure of egg white
• 1 teaspoon of Grenadine
• 1/4 measure of sugar syrup

Instructions

Rim glass with Grenadine/caster sugar. Shake well and strain.

Garnish: slice of orange speared with red cherry

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
