Caruso
Named after the great Italian tenor Caruso. It was created for him in the 1920s during his stay at the Hotel Sevilla, Cuba.
Ingredients
- 1 measure of gin
- 1 measure of Dry Vermouth
- 1/3 measure of green Creme de Menthe
Instructions
Add to glass half filled with broken ice, add cherry on a stick. Originally a full measure of green Creme de Menthe was used. If white Creme de Menthe is used, this is a Caruso Blanco.
Alcohol Content: 1.6 units
