Brandy Daisy
Ingredients
- 2 measures of brandy
- 1 measure of lemon juice
- 1 level teaspoon of caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Grenadine
- 1 measure of soda water (optional)
Instructions
Shake well and strain into glass filled with broken ice, add the soda if desired.
Garnish: fruit in season and a sprig of mint.

- Bourbon Daisy: 2 measures of bourbon
- Gin Daisy: 2 measures of gin
- Scotch Daisy: 2 measures of scotch
- Vodka Daisy: 2 measures of vodka
