Brandy Crusta

Ingredients

• 2 measures of brandy
• 1 measure of triple sec
• 1/4 Maraschino
• 1/3 measure of lemon juice

Instructions

Rim glass with lemon/caster sugar. Fill glass with lemon spiral and broken ice. Shake and strain into glass, add cherry on a stick. Simply replace the brandy in the following popular Crustas: Bourbon Crusta: 2 measures of bourbon; Gin Crusta:2 measures of gin; Rum Crusta: 2 measures of dark rum
