Brandy Champarelle
An old recipe of about 1890, originally made pousse-café and with twice the volume shown here. Also known as Champerelle or Shamparelle.
Ingredients
- 3/4 measure of triple sec
- 3/4 measure of cognac
- 1/2 measure of Anisette
- 1/2 measure of Green Chartreuse
Instructions
Stir and strain.
Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
Glass Type: Liqueur or Sherry Glass
