Brandy Champarelle

An old recipe of about 1890, originally made pousse-café and with twice the volume shown here. Also known as Champerelle or Shamparelle.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 measure of triple sec
  • 3/4 measure of cognac
  • 1/2 measure of Anisette
  • 1/2 measure of Green Chartreuse

Instructions

Stir and strain.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units

Glass Type: Liqueur or Sherry Glass
