Beef on Rye

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of Beefeater gin
• 1/2 measure of rye/Canadian Whisky
• 1/2 measure of passion fruit syrup
• 2 measures of sparkling bitter lemon

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass half filled with broken ice, add the lemon. If Aquavit is used in place of rye, this is a Danish Beef.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
