Batida Abaci (Pineapple)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 measures of cachaça
  • 1 measure of pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple pieces or chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon of caster sugar

Instructions

Blend with a glassful of crushed ice until smooth, serve with short straws. Replace the pineapple with mango juice for a Batida Mango.
