Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of Pernod
• 1/2 measure of Anisette
• 3/4 measure of water
• 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup

Instructions

Stir and strain.

Alcohol Content: 1.8 units

Glass Type: Liqueur or Sherry Glass

Variations:

• Absinthe Italiano: Add 1 teaspoon of Maraschino.
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
