Ingredients
- 1 1/2 measures of Pernod
- 1/2 measure of Anisette
- 3/4 measure of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup
Instructions
Stir and strain.
Alcohol Content: 1.8 units
Glass Type: Liqueur or Sherry Glass
Variations:
- Absinthe Italiano: Add 1 teaspoon of Maraschino.
Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
