Tipperary

Irish whiskey is traditionally served with water, to be added according to taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 measures of Irish whiskey
  • 1 1/2 measures of Safari (substitute: apricot brandy)
  • 1 measure of double cream
  • 1/2 measure of strawberry liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon of Armagnac

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass.

Garnish: half a strawberry.

Alcohol Content: 2.9 units
