Strawberry Dream

A cocktail of strawberries and cream.

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 measure of strawberry liqueur
• 1 measure of white rum
• 3/4 measure of Kirsch
• 1 measure of double cream

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice.

Garnish: two halves of a strawberry back to back, serve with short straw

Alcohol Content: 2.4 units
