Southern Peach

In the 1860s Mr M. W Heron of New Orleans perfected the recipe for the 'grand old drink of the South'. In 1900 he began bottling his now famous Southern Comfort.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of Southern Comfort
• 1 1/4 measure of peach brandy
• 1 1/2 measures of double cream
• 1 dash of Angostura

Instructions

Shake and strain.

Garnish: slice of peach speared with a cherry

Alcohol Content: 2.3 units
