Seven Dials Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 measure of cognac
• 1 measure of dark Creme de Cacao
• 1 teaspoon of Grand Marnier
• 1 measure of double cream
• 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Shake well and strain into glass half filled with broken ice.

Alcohol Content: 1.7 units
