Pink Lady

Appeared in 1912. Named after a popular stage play.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of Plymouth gin
• 1 measure of egg white
• 1/3 measure of Grenadine
• 1/2 measures of whipping cream
• 1/4 measure of lemon juice

Instructions

Rim glass with Grenadine/caster sugar. Shake well and strain.

Garnish: two halves of a cherry.

Alcohol Content: 1.5 units
