Pink Fingers

Winning recipe from the Bombay Gin cocktail contest held at the Waldorf Astoria, New York.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 measures of blackberry brandy
  • 1 1/2 measure of Bombay gin
  • 3/4 measure of cretne de banane
  • 3/4 measure of double cream

Instructions

Shake and strain into frosted glass.

Garnish: slice of banana and a cherry.

Alcohol Content: 2.7 units
