Ingredients

  • 2 measures of gin
  • 1 rnsr white Creme de Cacao
  • 1 measure of double cream

Instructions

Rim glass with lemon/caster sugar. Shake and strain, sprinkle with grated nutmeg. If equal measures of gin, cacao and cream are used, this is a Princess Mary, created by Harry MacElhone at Giro's Club, London, to celebrate the marriage of Princess Mary to Lord Lascelles in 1922.
