Cherry Tree Climber

Ingredients

• 1 measure of cherry brandy
• 1 measure of white Creme de Cacao
• 1/2 measure of Peppermint Schnapps
• 1 tablespoon vanilla ice-cream

Instructions

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. If peach Schnapps is used in place of cherry brandy, this is a Peach Tree Climber.
