Caribbean Sunset

Ingredients

• 1 measure of Creme de Banane
• 1 measure of gin
• 1/2 measure of Blue Curacao
• 1 measure of whipping cream
• 3/4 measure of lemon juice
• 1/3 measure of Grenadine

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass filled with broken ice. Add Grenadine, allow it to sink to bottom.

Garnish: fruit in season.
