Cara Sposa

Orange Curacao takes its name from the island of Curacao in the Caribbean, the original source of a variety of orange required for the production of this liqueur.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of dry orange Curacao
• 1 1/2 measures of Kahlua
• 1 measure of whipping cream

Instructions

Rim glass with lemon/caster sugar. Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice.

Garnish: slice of orange and a cherry.

Alcohol Content: 2.3 units
