Banana Bliss

Expect purrs of delight as they curl around this one.

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 measures of Creme de Banane
• 1 1/4 measures white rum
• 3/4 measure of filtered orange juice
• 1 1/4 measure of double cream
• 2 teaspoon of Grenadine
• 2 drops of Angostura

Instructions

Shake all but the Grenadine and strain into glass. Carefully pour the Grenadine just inside the rim of the glass so it runs down the inside, leaving a red smear as it sinks to the bottom.

Garnish: two slices of banana speared either side of a cherry.
