Roman Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 litres champagne
  • 50 cl dark rum
  • 2 measures of 5 cl triple sec
  • 3 beaten egg whites 700 g (24 oz sugar)
  • 60 cl orange juice
  • 20 cl lemon juice
  • grated zest of one orange

Instructions

Mix all but champagne and rum. Combine in bowl with ample ice and orange slices.
