Roman Punch
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 litres champagne
- 50 cl dark rum
- 2 measures of 5 cl triple sec
- 3 beaten egg whites 700 g (24 oz sugar)
- 60 cl orange juice
- 20 cl lemon juice
- grated zest of one orange
Instructions
Mix all but champagne and rum. Combine in bowl with ample ice and orange slices.
