Parisiana Punch

Ingredients

  • 75 cl champagne
  • 30 cl madeira
  • 5 measures of cognac
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  • 2 lemons washed

Instructions

Cut lemons into half slices. Add all ingredients except champagne to a large jug and mix until sugar dissolves. Chill for 2-3 hours and add champagne when ready to serve.
