Champagne Spray Punch
Ingredients

- 75 cl champagne
- 25 cl Creme de Cassis
- 5 cl lime juice
- 4 tablespoons clear honey
- 1 litre cranberry juice
- 1 litre sparkling water (or less according to taste)
Instructions
Dissolve honey in juice and add with remaining ingredients to punch bowl and mix. Add sufficient ice to chill.
Garnish: 3 or 4 slices of lime.
