Champagne Spray Punch

Ingredients

  • 75 cl champagne
  • 25 cl Creme de Cassis
  • 5 cl lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons clear honey
  • 1 litre cranberry juice
  • 1 litre sparkling water (or less according to taste)

Instructions

Dissolve honey in juice and add with remaining ingredients to punch bowl and mix. Add sufficient ice to chill.

Garnish: 3 or 4 slices of lime.
