Champagne Punch

Ingredients

Servings: 30

  • 2 litres champagne
  • 3 measures of brandy
  • 2 measures of Maraschino
  • 3 measures of triple sec
  • 1 litre sparkling water
  • 200 g (7 oz) sugar

Instructions

Add sugar to bowl and dissolve in the spirits plus a little water. When ready to serve, add champagne, water, fruits in season and sufficient ice to chill.
