Champagne Pineapple Punch
Ingredients
Servings: 15
- 50 cl sauternes
- 30 cl pineapple juice
- 10 cl lemon juice
- 60 g caster sugar
- 200 g pineapple chunks
- 75 cl champagne
Instructions
Add all but champagne to large jug and mix until sugar dissolves. Chill for minimum 2 hours. To serve, pour into individual glasses until two-thirds full and top up with the champagne. Allow a few chunks of pineapple to fall into each glass.
