Bride's Bowl

Ingredients

  • 25 cl brandy or cognac
  • 3 cl cherry brandy
  • 50 cl gold rum
  • 12 cl lemon juice
  • 20 cl orange juice
  • 40 cl pineapple juice
  • 1 pineapple cut into wedges (or large tin of pineapple chunks)
  • 1 sliced orange
  • 2 x 75 cl bottles champagne

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a punch bowl, cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Add champagne and a little ice when ready to serve.
